It is a lovely site, with really good swimming pool facilities. Entertainment is excellent and the team very friendly. The site is a very good base for getting to Exeter, Paignton, Torquay, Plymouth etc. Whenever we have reported a fault, it is always rectified very quickly. On this holiday, we reported a faulty toilet cistern, and I had hardly got back to the caravan, when the plumber arrived, and very soon he had replaced the faulty part, and the job was completed. We have been coming here Easter and last week of season for about 15 years, reuniting with our "Dawlish family" each time (we usually have two or three caravans)

We loved the site - it was very relaxing and laid back. The staff were all very friendly, especially the entertainment team who work long hours but were always cheerful and friendly. The information booklet we had at check in was really helpful and much more informative than other sites we've been to. We had a lovely time and can't wait to book again! It was the most relaxing break we've had this year! Thank you for making our holiday so lovely!

Welcome is a very friendly, clean and safe holiday park. It is a great place to use as a base for exploring Devon and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We've had lots of caravan holidays and the caravan we stayed in at Welcome was the best in terms of comfort and layout.

I thought the Bluecoats were very good to the children, very friendly and gave the children confidence. The shows were excellent especially the Best of the Musicals Show, there was not one singer that was even average, all top notch performers.

I personally found all you needed within a holiday camp site. I thought the entertainment to be quite exceptional giving different themes to each night. The swimming areas catered for all ages from infants upwards. The quality of the food served within the club were always hot and well presented. Overall I would recommend your site to any interested party whether that being as a couple or a young family.

We had a fantastic time at Hoseasons. Having never been before the entertainment was fantastic and the team where great especially Terry and Kelly. I would definitely recommend this holiday to anyone as there is plenty to do for all ages both on and off the site and the entertainment in the club was very good. We have been coming to the Welcome Site for the past six years and it is nice seeing the same staff year after year.

Our accomodation was excellent.Although we has no children with us, the perceived facilities for children appeared first class. The site was well maintained and motorist friendly (i.e plenty of parking facilities) the evening entertainment was first class, presented by artists who are obviously dedicated to providing excellent shows.

We first visited the park about 11 years ago when our son was about 10 and had such a brilliant holiday that we have been back nearly every year since. There is plenty on the site for children to do and the area around the camp is easily accessible by car, rail or bus making it easy to go for days out to other places/attractions.

The park is in a superb location, even if travelling by public transport which we did. We were also able to get out and about easily by the local buses and trains, and the information on these was available from the reception staff who were very accommodating. The entertainment was second to none and really rounded each day off - we will be coming back!

I would recommend this park for families as it is a lively, well maintained park with good accommodation and excellent facilities for both adults and children. The swimming pool complex is excellent offering various pools for all ages, and the childrens playground adds additional fun for children. Close to the beach the location is excellent giving easy acces to all the usual 'seaside' attractions.

We felt our (£10) request to be not too close to the railway line was ignored.
The size of the swimming pool changing rooms (particularly the ladies) was ridiculously small compared to the size of the pool and the potential number of people that could use them. Also the cleanliness of the changing rooms and the pool entrance areas left a lot to be desired.

I've been going to Dawlish Warren for 22 years now, and my husband had been going there before that. The park is in a good position to visit lots of places, and you are only a few minutes from the beach, and the walk along the seafront to Dawlish is wonderful. Everything you want is there for you. We are planning to go back next year but for two weeks!

We really love going back to Welcome Family as it lives up to its name and is well looked after and a great looking place. It is also convenient for access to local attractions, the beach, the moors and Torquay etc at a good price. I would thoroughly recommend Welcome Family to people of all ages. The park is in an ideal location and has a lovely beach just a few minutes walk away. The park itself is immaculate, and although it is a large park it is so peaceful. The entertainment is absolutely superb and there are activities arranged during the day for children and adults should you wish to join in. The reception staff are very helpful and the etertainment team and staff in the club are always very friendly.
